Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most items. The 7-day window begins the exact day tracking shows your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene security seals completely intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation number).
Return Shipping & Fees: - For Refunds: All returns for a cash refund are subject to a flat $20.00 return shipping and handling fee, which is automatically deducted from your final refund amount. We will provide a trackable, pre-paid US domestic shipping label through our customer portal.
- For Exchanges & Store Credit: The $20.00 fee is completely waived if you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit.
An item is completely ineligible for a refund or exchange if it meets any of the following product-specific examples:
- Hair Extensions & Weaves: The golden security loops, elastic bands, or plastic hygiene ties holding the bundle together have been cut, unlinked, or tampered with.
- Wigs & Lace Fronts: The lace has been cut, altered, or bleached; hair styling products or glues have been applied; or the unit shows signs of makeup, sweat, or skin oils from being tried on.
- Liquid Hair Care & Cosmetics (Shampoos, Conditioners, Oils, Edge Controls, Glues, Dyes): The factory shrink-wrap, bottle cap seals, or safety foil covers have been peeled, opened, or punctured.
- Hair Tools & Brushes (Flat Irons, Blow Dryers, Detanglers): The item shows signs of physical use, trapped hair strands, product residue, or is missing its original box, manual, or power cord plug protectors.
- Structural Alterations: The hair has been brushed or combed out, washed, treated with heat tools, had the tracks cut, or had hair dye/toner applied.
Exceptions & Hygiene Regulations (What Cannot Be Returned):
Due to strict federal health and sanitation regulations, opened wigs, hair extensions, lace fronts, closures, braiding hair, and other hairpieces are strictly non-returnable. If the security loop, quality seal, or packaging band on these items has been unlinked, cut, or tampered with, the item is considered used and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To clarify, an item is completely ineligible for a refund or exchange if it meets any of the following examples: - Wigs & Lace Fronts: The lace has been cut, altered, or bleached; hair styling products or glues have been applied; or the unit shows signs of makeup, sweat, or skin oils from being tried on.
- Hair Extensions & Weaves: The golden security loops, elastic bands, or plastic hygiene ties holding the bundle together have been cut, unlinked, or tampered with.
- Structural Alterations: The hair has been brushed or combed out, washed, treated with heat tools (flat irons/curlers), had the tracks cut, or had hair dye/toner applied.
Custom orders, clearance items, and final sale products are also non-returnable. If an item is sent back to our Charlotte warehouse and fails to meet these strict hygiene standards, no refund will be issued and the item will be safely discarded.

- Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a store error or defective item.
Restocking fees may apply:

- 10% for hair accessories and tools
- Fees are waived if the item was sent in error or arrived damaged

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered products are eligible.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Hygiene & Hair Products
- Wigs, weaves, extensions, lace fronts, closures, braiding hair, and other hairpieces are considered hygiene-sensitive and are non-returnable if opened, worn, or altered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact the store within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
Final Sale
Certain items are final sale meaning no refund:

- Clearance or discounted products
- Opened wigs, extensions, or hairpieces
